To manage this considerably larger event in the safest possible way for vendors, volunteers, and visitors, we are making the following changes.

Gates will be locked until 5pm. No early entries.

All vendors will enter from the Mill Street entrance and park in the south lot.

Vendor load-in will be from the south doors of each building with parking in the adjoining lot.

Open Air Market Vendors can set up in front of building #1 like before, but will need to park in the south lot as well.

We have created a designated pedestrian path between the markets. No vehicles will be permitted to cross the pedestrian path. Open air vendors may set up on either side of the pedestrian path, but must also use the Mill Street entrance and park in the south lot.

We hope this change makes load-in/load-out faster, more organized, and less stressful by restricting visitors from your lot.

We also hope that adding the pedestrian path will increase visitors between buildings,  and exposure for the open air vendors who choose to set up along the path. 

You spoke, we listened.
We're also adding volunteers at each gate to help guide you to the right place.
You will find increased signage in both buildings to aid load-in/set up and increased signage outside to help increase visitor traffic between buildings.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our efforts to make these the most welcoming events you attend all year. We've had some growing pains for sure, but you have all been so encouraging, every step of the way.

Notes:

All spaces are open for vendor set up at 5:00 PM. No early birds please, our hard working volunteers all have a full shift at their "day job" before we come to hang out with you.

Tables are not provided.

The hours for this event are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Registration is only $10 per spot, for any of the three booth space options. Fees are collected by Ashley, in-person, at the event. We will never ask for any financial information over the internet. Vendor preferences will be honored on a first-registered basis, using the time stamp from your online registration.
