Hello vendor friends, first let me thank you for being a part of Fourth Friday at the Fairgrounds. Because of your participation, we received enough community support to double the size of our market event, after just the first month, wow!

Second, PK Heating and Cooling LLC is bringing an air conditioning unit for the Twin Market in August! Thank you Paul!

With the doubling of the market, we also doubled parking lot traffic and greatly increased the amount of pedestrians in the area.

Can you believe our August event is going to be even BIGGER? Yes, we have a record number of vendors for our market event, but we are also adding a bike giveaway for kids, a touch-a-truck, and a cruise in to encourage the community to make an evening of their visit.

To manage this considerably larger event in the safest possible way for vendors, volunteers, and visitors, we are making the following changes.

Gates will be locked until 5pm. No early entries.

All vendors will enter from the Mill Street entrance and park in the south lot.

Vendor load-in will be from the south doors of each building with parking in the adjoining lot.

Open Air Market Vendors can set up in front of building #1 like before, but will need to park in the south lot as well.

We have created a designated pedestrian path between the markets. No vehicles will be permitted to cross the pedestrian path. Open air vendors may set up on either side of the pedestrian path, but must also use the Mill Street entrance and park in the south lot.

We hope this change makes load-in/load-out faster, more organized, and less stressful by restricting visitors from your lot.

We also hope that adding the pedestrian path will increase visitors between buildings,  and exposure for the open air vendors who choose to set up along the path. 

You spoke, we listened.
We're also adding volunteers at each gate to help guide you to the right place.
You will find increased signage in both buildings to aid load-in/set up and increased signage outside to help increase visitor traffic between buildings. 

All vendor spots will also be assigned and mapped in the Twin Market, like we have before in the other building. This will allow us to provided you with the information ahead of time and more efficiently designate load-in doors to try to keep it as cool as possible in both buildings.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our efforts to make these the most welcoming events you attend all year. We've had some growing pains for sure, but you have all been so encouraging, every step of the way.

Notes:

All spaces are open for vendor set up at 5:00 PM. No early birds please, our hard working volunteers all have a full shift at their "day job" before we come to hang out with you.

Tables are not provided.

The hours for this event are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Registration is only $10 per spot, for any of the three booth space options. Fees are collected by Ashley, in-person, at the event. We will never ask for any financial information over the internet. DON'T GET SCAMMED!

Vendor preferences will be honored on a first-registered basis, using the time stamp from your online registration.
